Location:

The location of this charming town house is very convenient.  Far enough away from the noise and bustle of Arroyo del la Miel and Benalmadena centres plus Tivoli World theme park and the seafront but very close to amenities and a short walk or bus ride to everything!

Just down the road is a large Mercadona supermarket where you can buy all you could every need from fresh fish and bread to groceries and cosmetics.  At the end of the road is Lidle supermarket, ideal for the thrifty shopper!  Go in the other direction and you come to the hospital.

There is a bus stop outside on either side of the road.  Catch the bus South and you are taken down to the beach then to Benalmadena Marina on to Torremolinos and finally to Los Alamos beach. Go North on the bus and it takes you into Benalmadena pueblo and finally up into Mijas pueblo.

The location is very quick and easy for accessing the coastal motorway (yet far enough away not to hear it).

Immediately in the area are bars and restaurants with The Lemon Tree restaurant opposite and just moments away on foot a further selection.

300 metres away is a driving range and 600 metres away a football pitch, handball pitch and basket ball court.

In the centre of Arroyo de la Miel you will find a large sports complex, a skateboard park and an ice rink.

The beach can be reached by car in 10 minutes, on foot in 25 minutes, or catch the bus.

Tivoli world can be reached on foot in 17 minutes.

The out of town shopping mall called Plaza Mayor with most high street brands available there, is a 13 minute drive away or take the bus or train.
